Olea Collection builds upon extensive hands-on experience in the planning, coordination, and supervision of residential construction projects in Lefkada.
The project is overseen by an experienced engineer following the successful completion of Villa Luxe and Villa Eco Luxe in Sivota—two distinctive private residences that reflect the same architectural philosophy, construction quality, and attention to detail that shape the Olea Collection.

Olea Collection has secured its building permit and is supported by experienced local architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants with deep knowledge of the local construction processes and regulations.
Throughout the project life cycle, we will coordinate and supervise the various stages of the process, participate in technical coordination, manage relationships with local professionals and contractors, and remain actively involved throughout every stage of the building process until completion and handover.
Our goal is to simplify the experience of owning a beautiful home in Greece through a carefully managed, transparent, and professionally supervised process from concept to completion.
